Come Explore Your Energy With Danielle this Summer!

This 7 weeks series will have you deep diving into how you can explore your own energy and manage it more efficiently. We will take a journey with each energy center learning what they are, how they affect our body as well as those around us, as well as how they are all separate yet interconnected.

This course will take you on a very personal exploration of what was happening in your life as each energy center was developing and how it may have taken on too much energy, or possibly, not enough. Which very deeply impacts our psychology, our physical ailments, and the way in which we perceive the world which is essentially how we manifest how experiences show up for us in our adult life. We take a look at our past experiences that shaped us as well as the latest trauma that we all went through together, the pandemic.

These sessions take us off of the surface and down to a deeper place where once examined, maturity and wisdom can be found. This life changing course will give you the insight to understand yourself better, as well as those around you. Offering tools for beginning to heal past traumas and acknowledge where our Shadow Work can help us evolve to a higher place of peace and compassion.

Here is what we will be covering:

• Week 1- 7/13 Introduction to the Chakras, & The Root Chakra - The Foundation
• Week 2- 7/20 Sacral Chakra - Our Passion & Creative Center
• Week 3- 7/27 - Solar Plexus Chakra - The House of The Soul
• Week 4-  8/3 - Heart Chakra - The Bridge Between Lower & Higher Self
• Week 5- 8/10 Throat Chakra - The Communication Center
• Week 6- 8/17 - 3rd Eye - Intuition & Portal to the Spiritual World
• Week 7- 8/24 - Crown Chakra - Divine Consciousness

Each session will have a lecture for 1 hour, followed by a healing meditation and room for journaling or sharing. You will be submerged in an environment with healing vibrations including music, colors and essential oils.

*** You are welcome to drop in to any of these sessions. However, after the Throat Chakra, we ask that you wait until the next time this series runs to join if you haven’t been to any of the previous sessions. It's imperative that we become grounded in our bodies and understand ourselves on a physical level first before exploring higher realms.  Single class sessions will be available to purchase under the class schedule and will only be available if there is space.  Single classes will be availve for $25 non member and $20 with the member discount.  Save by purchasing the series.
